Erika's  emphasis on technique; as a player deomonstrating these skills at the professional level in both USL and Russia. She is known to be crafty with the ball, having great ball control, and good distribution. Being passionate for the game, Erika has dedicated her time as a trainer and coached for several years. She has developed many players and teams from all levels, which started from the drastic improvement on their individual skills. These skills include great technique with the ball, better footwork and ball control, speed and agiltiy with the ball, and lastly better knowledge and vision of the game.

Erika has improved many players and confidence leading them to play at higher levels, top clubs team, and indeed some of them have been recruited by ODP (Olympic Devlopment Program) and youth national teams. She has worked with players from the age of 7-18 years old. A myriad of players coached by Erika are playing with top club teams such as FC Legends, Slammers, Blues, Eclipse and more. Erika is the perfect female role model to many players due to her talent and experience as a player and as a trainer. Her training sessions always include a lot of motivation to enhance players individual skills and confidence.
